HIGH PROTEIN PORRIDGE
Ingredients: Soyabean flour Mealie meal of flour from cassava and / or millet Preparation Add 2 tablespoons of soyabean flour to one cup of mealie meal. Add water to the soyabean flour/mealie meal mixture and make a paste. Mix the paste well and add it to the boiling water in a pot. Cook porridge in the normal manner. Bring the porridge to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Stir often to prevent in from sticking to the pot. Add salt and sugar to taste.
