Wonder why the price of diesel is rising faster than gasoline or other

petroleum distillates? Well the data suggests that this is due to the

[military/army/navy] purchasing large quantities of [diesel fuel] in

anticipation of prices for light sweet crude reaching $120/140 soon, a

in this Spring. The aspect/attributes that we had in 1008 and earlier

ALTA series reports which were interpreted as a [temporary for abou

six months regional power outage] have now firmed up around the id

of [fuel competition] at an international level which brings about

[steeply scaling prices] such that [magic/key/significant numbers]

(*such as $120 to $140 per 40/forty gal barrel) being reached which[forces/causes] the [power generation facilities] within the USofA to

into [rolling blackouts] and [brown down days]. These are showing u

in modelspace now as though there is some small level of [visbility]

pending, but the main [visibility] summation increases do not show u

until [summer], which is to say, past the June solstice.

The idea coming across is that a [key price] level is reached and

[pandamonium] within the global markets is [launched]. This in turn

causes such huge increase in fuel costs, both directly for generation

facilities, and in the transshipment of fuel (coal, et al) that generation

plants are affected nationwide. This leads to a [brief/temporary] perio

in which [military bases] are self-sufficient, but that within [6/six

months] there is a move toward [national grid allocation days] in whithe [civilian populace] in some areas is faced with [power rationing].

This is shown as a [hidden/obscured] way in which to provide the

[military] with [power/electricity]. Though the data suggests it will n

be [hidden] for long.

This is a reasonable intrepretation of the totality of that data set now

that we have the 1308 immediacy values and some of the shorter termvalues in place. A good temporal marker for the pending power

pandamonium will be the threshold of the $120 bbl price in delivered

light sweet crude. There may be further information available as the

longer term values are processed later in this run.

This is a price postive sign for other commodities and is seen as

instituting wide spread [hoarding] as well as causing social disruption

and contributing to the general [diaspora]. Further problems will begi

to propel a [state's right to withdraw from the national union

movement] over Fall.

Meta Data - Extracts

Our modelspace is a 3/three dimension representation within an open

source software CAD program called Intellicad. The visual

representations within that modelspace are used to create our crude 2

two dimensional charts of the emotional tension trends. With some

difficulty we are able to extract large entity contributions from charts

for cross comparison of what we call 'participation boundaries'. These

are essentially the level of emotional summations that an entity

'contributes' to the overall chart. As an example it is very illustrative

show the relationships between the total emotional trend line and the

trend line for the same period which contains only the Populace/USo

and supporting cross links.

First we see the now somewhat familiar projection of emotional trendof building language with a sudden turn into release language in early

October of this year.

Then a quick look at the extract for the same period from the Populac

USofA entity shows just how much this entity contributes to the totalof the language.

A cursory comparison will establish that a lot of the energy for the 20

turn into release language is coming from the Populace/USofA entity

Further it can be seen that the charts created with more entities have a

tendency to flatten out the emotional trend lines.

Press - O'Press-ion, Vippies

The imagery coming from the Press entity is not laudable to say the

least. This is usually a smaller entity in the zoo that is modelspace, bu

within the last few weeks of data processing we have seen the Pressentity experience something of a growth spurt. It is now gaining data

sets at a rapid clip. The imagery that can be twisted out of the data is

headed by a complex aspect/attribute set which we have labeled as

[(the) intolerable (is) undercut]. This lexical structure contains

[situation] at the primary level of aspect/attribute support which itself

supported at its primary level by descriptors for [intolerable/evil/

oppressive] and [limited]. The [limited] sub set of support goes to the

idea that within the year the [evil situation/intolerable conditions] wil

be [bust]. This last is cross linked over to the Bushista entity and the

Markets entity. The interpretation is that the [intolerable/evil situation

will go bust with the Bush delusional economy]. The data sets are

pointing toward a near term [exposure] of the [oppression] by the

[corporations] which [own/slave (the) press]. The descriptors are fillewith imagery of [vampires/energy suckers] which are [draining] the

[public life/energy] from the Populace/USofA. There are aspect/

attribute sets which describe the [global populace] as [rebelling] and

[hanging/lynching] some within the [corporate hierarchy] over the

[secrets revealed] about the [manipulation] of the [global press]. This

last is supported by data indicating that [140/one-hundred and forty

years (of) history] will be [undone] with the [utterance] of a [singlesentence]. This [fateful utterance] will apparently be coming from the

[unexpected mouth] within an [officialdom press conference]. The

indicators are for after the equinox, though as this is from the

immediacy values, the implication is for not too far after.

The whole of the Press entity is filled with imagery of a [stink too lon

ignored], or more poetically, a [rotting corpse out gassing though all

openings]. The data sets are suggesting that a [group], likely a [self-

organizing collective] which has some associations with the [chinese

will be involved in the 'outing' of the [controlled press].

Apparently projected problems for the Press entity are also

interconnected to some [disruptions] within ThePowersThatBe. The

TPTB entity is heavily cross linked over to the Press entity with a

[visible] majority of these cross links terminating in our sub set for[intolerable conditions]. The data set includes references to [beatings

and [whippings]. This last is filled with imagery going back to a time

during the last period of economic/civil unrest in the USofA [populac

when [newspaper editors] frequently traveled with [guns] for persona

safety. The data is now indicating that TPTB will be using their

[security/mercenaries] in very [visible] ways to attempt to protect the

[asset], the 'American Press'. Their hope is to continue to employ [pre

ownership] to [oppress] the [populace] mentally during the difficult

days ahead. This is a very key control mechanism and it is assumed t

the 'owners' of the 'free press' of the USofA will put all their resource

toward maintaining this [control mechanism]. The aspect/attribute se

accruing at the detail levels are continuing to build around [incidents]

which 'members of the press corps' are [assaulted] in [public areas].This will lead in very short order to the top tiers of the [reportorial sta

being [sequestered/sheltered] behind an ever growing [army] of

[mercenaries/bodyguards]. Again, the data sets are indicating that suc

action merely delays the inevitable as the [end days] of the [intolerab

situation] are becoming clearly [visible] as each day passes. This area

participates within the [duality], and [conflict], and [restrictions on

movements] meta data layer, as well as providing direct support for t[rebellion/revolution] meme.

The Press entity also contains references to a trend of [radicalization

through language] which is being [planned] during these last days of

[winter]. This [planned language control shift toward radical emotion

extremes] as the aspect/attributes would have it, is *not* being set up

by TPTB, but rather by some 'other' agent/group. The idea coming

through the data sets as the Press entity is progressed through Winter

and past the Spring [equinox] is that this 'group' will start to [thread]

some [new meanings] and [imagery] into the [mainstream media] via

their [knowledge/gnosis (of) technical video distribution]. The

interpretation is that the [group of unknown video radicals/pirates

(vippies?)] will be [visible] to the general public, but not at all

understood. The deeper meaning of the meme propagation will be

[visible] to the aware observer as they will note certain forecast memspreading within the [video] streaming.

The Press entity is suggesting by inference that the [vippy movement

will take TPTB by surprise. The cross links from the Press entity ove

to TPTB find termination in a number of areas with either direct

[surprise] or [startled] aspects. These also include supporting aspect/

attributes for [rejection], and [dismissal]. The Press entity, its

movement through modelspace, and its cross link growth patterns

would argue that [dismissal], and [denial] of the [manifesting soc] of

the 'vippies' will be the completely wrong tack to sail.

GlobalPop- Iran Raw, Flaming Nests, All Awl

The raw setup of the data. What we have done is to collect the primar

aspect labels with their primary supporting attribute labels and to

present them as simple declaratives. Please note that this is a very raw

presentation of data. It is not intended to read as complete sentences,

nor to be interpreted absent the nuances provided by the relationships

the various entities and their movements through modelspace. The da

sets presented below represent a 1/one time capture, or snapshot of thpositions of the GlobalPop entity's aspects/attribute sets associated w

the descriptor set for the country of the [farsi speakers], or [Iran/Persi

interpretations are based upon, that is to say, where they start. It is no

The month of May. Earth rising. Joy crushed. Mistake. Armies set marching. Israel

miscalculates. Gasping lungs, harsh/dry mouths cry out shame/sins/betrayal. Knives (i

the livers) of chieftain/officials. Helpers are obtained (for the work) of sopping/moppi

drying (the) blood. Drying sacks of skin scattered (on) roads/paths. Dry hills, dry (corpleathers. Visible (from) altitude.

Not a whole day passes. Rigid with drink. Turgid. Engorged. Throwing energy away.

Moving blindly. Caution: Move only when timing is right. Circumstances (failure) not

supported. Disappointment. Looking upward brings failure. Who has (moved first)

initiated suffers defeat. 82/eighty-two years...4/four generations suffer. Failure to join

Changes seen. Nothing serious is lost. Wonderful plans (from officialdom view) great

times (from officialdom view). "Warm weather warriors". Nonsense (returns) to (urina

expectorate) on the (upset) face (of) officialdom. Cold/old/dead warrior changes time.

Time yields (to the) right/prescient_knowledge. Movement. Abandoned to passions,

discovered turgid/engorged and drunk. Needles involved. Found (on the) bottom (of th

sea), lurking danger, hidden defenses.

As may be observed, the data set *looks* as though an argument

towards interpreting toward an 'iran war' does exist. However, noting

that this is but a peel of the many layers of onion skin around this

entity, and that the entity changes the instant that modelspace is

progressed, the interpretation becomes a whole lot less certain. Does

mean war?

Placed within the actual manifesting reality of 'resigning admirals', an

'whining israelis', and given the stated desires of the Bush(istas) for a

war with Iran, and suspecting that there are many and hidden pressur

within/on Bush for a war, it does appear that at least the GlobalPop

entity projects a probability for a war. It does so with some timing

clues, suggesting that [hostilities] may begin 1/one lunar month (or soafter the vernal equinox, which would be late April, into early May.

There are also some further indications that such a time frame is bein

[contemplated] in [officialdom] circles, though these come from the

Populace/USofA entity, and are not exclusively focused on Iran. This

last is to say that there appear to be several threads in the works with

early May timeline for [visibility]. These threads all have [control] an

its complement/opposite of [revolution] as dominating or rising aspec

attribute sets, and these threads are all reaching their maximum

[visibility] in the global mediastream before the middle of May. Sooo

What does it all mean? Perhaps Sorcha knows, but we regular human

can only guess.

If we focus on the changes within the GlobalPop which appear in Ma

within modelspace, the first of the sets to attract attention is of [3/thre

stars/positions]. This set is cross linked over to the Bushista entitywhere it further has cross links back to the [israeli/zionista] sub set of

GlobalPop. These cross linked areas are dominated by the rising aspe

of [material desires]. This aspect/attribute set has [platform], and

[fishes], and [officialdom] as its primary supporting aspects. These in

their turn contain support from [ship(s)], and [monkey], and [streami

flowing/money/wealth]. The data set for [monkey] is filled with aspe

shows that the [monkeys] are [spiraling] in on each other, until the

[mind] is [consumed] by [(its own) delusions (of itself)]. As a lot of t

imagery comes from the Bushista entity, this is *probably* not too

good of a sign.

The supporting sets contain a repetitious aspect/attribute set in suppoof all 3/three of the primary supporting aspects. This set contains

imagery suggesting that [nourishment/food/sustenance] will be

[withering] as the [summer] proceeds *if*, and that is a big *IF* the

Bushista's go ahead with their [material desires]. The data indicates th

what [now/current flourishes] will be [withered/shrunken/reduced/

desiccated] when it [reaches/arrives_at (the) extreme]. This lexical se

is itself supported by internal cross linked areas over to [lost money/currency] which is a very large set that appears in late June, just befo

the [summer solstice] and the grows rapidly to totally [dominate/

eclipse] most other memes within the GlobalPop over the course of

[summer]. Hmmm. Now that likely won't be good for tourism....(see

previous discussions in this series).

The data sets for the [3/three stars/positions] include support for

[danger], and [travails/hardships/worries], and [hunger/thirst/fasting]

No 'package tour' the [3/three stars/positions] sub set is supported by

imagery of a [trip/travel/travail] to [dangerous climes] in which

[carriages] are [covered/hidden], and [conditions (are) obscured]. The

are plenty of [manifesting karma/return/consequences_of_action]

support for all of the [positions/stars_mark] linguistic sets. These

include [petty things/people produce problems], and [trickle (of)

This [cult] designation *may* be misleading, and *may* be

descriptor set for the [cult of the awl]. Rather the [awl] sub set itself i

primarily composed of descriptors for [small boat sailors], as well as[fishermen/local_boat_based_social_groups]. There are also many cr

Markets - Too Cubed, House Fire, Ashless

As may be expected from recent manifesting circumstances within th

[markets] globally, things *just* ain't right with [money] these days.

we had noted in 2006 and 2007, the 'year of manifestation (2008)'

would catch people unprepared for the [rapidity] with which events cmanifest. The discussions had touched upon an [adjustment] issue

which would affect people's [cognitive ability] as a result of [reeling

under the onslaught of events]. The aspect/attribute set for this

[cognitive lag/adjustment] effect is still building. The implications ar

for [markets] events to [move so rapidly] that a [large wave] of

[disconnect/lagging reactions] sets in across the [money manipulation

sub set of the social order.

A significant part of the [reeling/peeling_of_mental_layers] will

manifest as a result of the [commodities] and the [hyper inflation]

within the realm of [real goods/material]. The data sets have explicit

[double] aspect/attribute set supporting the [gold/silver] component o

the [precious metals complex]. For those who may care, be advised th

our data does *not* support the total [platinum metals group] having

the same movements as will the [gold/silver] sub set. This is due to th

trend for [gold/silver] toward becoming actual [currency/money] aga

on a global scale. This trend does not show for the rest of the platinum

metals group.

Within the [double] sub set at the primary level are indicators that the

[decoupling] shown now for 2/two years in the ALTA reports asaffecting the relationship between [gold] and [silver] will begin to

manifest this [spring]. The indications are that the [decoupling] will b

increasingly [visible] as we pass the [equinox]. Please note that the

[decoupling] will be in existence first within the [emotional trends] o

the [populace] before manifesting within the [dollar price structure] f

the metals.

The first of the [double] aspect/attributes encountered has extensive

cross links over to the Populace/USofA, and to the Press entity. The

[visibility] value is high, and the implication is that the [mainstream

media] will have a series of [silver reporting] days which will [fan] th

bespoke [fire] under the [prices] due to [emotional response]. The da

shows that a bespoke [fire] period is coming for [silver], and to a less

extent, [gold]. While the data shows both metals participating within

the [internal fires] of [demand], it is also clear that [emotional fires (f

silver] will be significantly more discussed after the [equinox]. Notin

that our timing is a weakness, we may see the stories within the globa

mediastream slightly prior to the [equinox] as well. The majority of t

[emotional demands] for [silver] do not accrue to the lexical sets unti

mid Spring, in April and May. At that point we have yet another

appearance of a primary supporting aspect of [double]. In this second

instance of the [doubling (of) internal fire/demand/desire (for) gold/silver], the ratios of difference between gold, and silver relative to the

emotional demand increase. In other words, the data sets are painting

picture of a wave of [minor hysteria] over [silver] which will occur in

mid Spring. During this second [double] of the emotional demand, th

data sets are indicating a global level of [disgorging] which will bring

*some* [precious metals] back into the system, *but* the data sets ar

also showing that the levels of disbudding will be far less than what i

needed to [quench demand]. And following this near month long

process, we get yet another instance of [double] actions within the

[precious metals].

Please note that the description above is also heavily cross linked to t

[death of the dollar] meme, and as such is placing a more extreme vieof the circumstances than may be seen outside of the USofA.

We have several supporting aspect/attribute sets under the [gold/silve

sub sets which are directly held, or cross linked references to the [dea

destruction (of the) oppressor/evils]. These areas themselves are

supported by [end (of) cycle], and [success (in) persevering/

continuing]. The interpretation is that the [press] will be [damaged]about the time that the [silver/gold] as [money] meme begins. The

interpretation is going toward [something (vile/evil) ending]

simultaneously with [something/new_trend] beginning which is

supported directly, and repeatedly by the aspect/attribute of [good/be

bona].

The [silver] supporting data sets include aspect/attributes such as [lon

trail/work/planning] is [now] in its [beginning/initiation] of the[following/walking/traversing]. This area further contains support for

[walk/follow (it/path) directly], and [no short_cuts/cheating] is

[possible]. The data down further in the aspect/attribute set goes to

[success/promotion/furtherance] will be [visible] as [footprints

crisscrossing (multiple times) (in the) ashes (of the) past mistakes/

burning]. Also note that the [silver] sub set (as well as gold, but more

so) has supporting internal cross links from the [fire] aspect over toother areas of [markets] indicating that what [propels/magnifies/

increases] the [precious metals] is shown as [acting as fire/burning

down (the) corrupt/defunct/morbid] house of [paper debt].

The timing clues presented show that [double] will be the 'word du jo

in April relative to [silver], and that further we will see [visible]

evidence of it coming in the [healing arts/health care] as [medicines]

begin to [encounter scarcity] as the [silver] used in their manufacture

starts impacting both [price] and [availability]. The data is seemingly

offering this tiny clue as the last temporal marker prior to the

appearance of the [double] word and silver demand.

While the data sets show [gold] as being the [highest good fortune],there are numerous cross links over to the Populace/USofA indicating

that the [populace] will be [too/extreme poor] to afford [gold], and th

the [decoupling] with [silver] will represent a [heady rush/

drinking_binge] for a number of otherwise [impoverished persons]. T

[gold/yellow_demand] will drive more words on the global

mediastream than [silver/white_demand], but once the [double] aspec

manifests, even [gold] will take a backseat to its [poor cousin] albeittemporarily.

We note also that there are words of caution or advice appearing with

the primary [fire] aspect for [gold/silver]. Some of these supporting

aspect/attributes caution that the [fire] will be [brief], and will [die

down] with almost the same rapidity with which it erupted. The

interpretation being that this [dying down] of the [demand flame] wil

be a localized phenomena within the [populace/usofa] as the

[conditions] affecting the [dollar] worsen over [spring/summer]. The

data sets are pointing to a [summer collapse] of the [last vestige] of

[value] within the [dollar]. After that, the [silver/gold] sets take on an

entirely different context as they become, in effect, money here in the

USofA. These data sets are appearing very close to our October relea

language appearance.

Within the release language of October, and located within the longer

term value sets of the last 2/two ALTA series as well as the longer ter

sets processed from this series, we note that the language describes th

period as a [zenith] from which [every thing else/rest of life] is

[downhill]. The aspect/attribute sets include [great (golden) goal] wh

has been [striven_for/desired/sought_after] is [reached], and is

and the language goes to the [sudden realization] that the [height of

happiness/good fortune] is also the [most impermanent] of [time], an

that nearly [instantly] the [reality] of [depression] appears as a [sober

support from cross links to the Populace/USofA and the GlobalPop

entity where they both have [weeping] as common terminating aspecThe [weeping] is described as [lasting/persisting] for [2/two

generations]. A definite caution from the data to observer that all

aspects, once reached, contain the seed of their own next change.

Returning to the immediacy and shorter term value sets, the indicator

for [spring] and [summer] show that the [doubling of fire] under the

[precious metals] will be [fanned] by [winds] at all levels. The[conflagration] which [propels] the [metals] into the [sky] will be

[fueled] by the [consuming fire] which is described as [eating paper

(debt)/currency]. This is a [duality] based sub set which points to som

persons on the planet being [swept] into [new heights] by these 'wind

of change' as their [small hoards/caches] of [silver/gold] will make

them [local princes], at the same time that [vast numbers] of [unawar

unobservant] humans will be [beggared] by the [systemic breakdown

There will, as may be expected, be social order ramifications to the

whole of the [economic debacle/denouement] now manifesting.

It needs to be stated that currencies have collapsed before, but never

turned off, not even paper to burn, nor ashes left.

Conclusion: Part Two - Chortles, Dead Horse Party

With the manifesting crises in global markets arrives a very unique

window for those aware observers focusing on the faces of the

propagandists. The many members of the establishment press are *no

having a good time. The systemic breakdown has caught them with

their talking-points down, and they are seemingly receiving guidance

orders from above which are conflicting with the reality manifesting

their viewers. Many of the upper echelon of the press are now

becoming aware of the cognitive disconnect between their propagand

and the developing universe. This dimly dawning awareness is beingexpressed in their lexical shifts. It has provided Igor with a few chort

as he contemplates the forecast that the propagandists in public medi

will be [frightened], and [followed (by) derisive mobs], and other

manifestations of their karmic burden.

The way in which the Press entity behaves over Spring and Summer

suggests that many of the visible temporal markers will come from th[press/propagandists] themselves. The implications are that each of th

large shifts in social order which will manifest across the planet this

'hot season' will be preceded by major [shake ups/purges] within the

ranks of the [propagandists]. Only after the malcontents, and suddenl

mentally dysfunctional members of the group are removed will the n

level of the [officialdom version] of the daily crisis be 'read'. The

interpretation of the data sets across modelspace suggest that by Fall,

not a whole lot of any given populace will care much about the

[officialdom version] of anything. This will become increasingly true

here in the USofA as we work out our collective [revolution angst].

Other things 'working' out of the system will be centrally focused ont

[economics] through Spring and Summer *except* for the Terra

intrusions (natural disasters) *and* the forecast [contact] meme

acceleration showing up in SpaceGoatFarts now. Along with the[natural disasters] of [spring/summer 2008], the forecasts include [rio

over [housing] and [food], as well as the [energy/oil melees] of later

[spring]. Akin to 'road rage' these episodes of [uncivil/violent] behav

are also a good temporal marker as they are the first expression of the

emotional wave that will call for [instant/early elections] in the USof

The indications from the data sets are that McCain, as the de facto

Republican nominee will have reasonable Spring and early Summer

progress, but that the first of his [mounting troubles] manifests aroun

July 6th to the 9th, and this episode escalates up to about the 20th of

July. Then the seeming [simmering] of the [stew] of minor [troubles]

will [erupt] and begin to [weaken] the whole of the Republican party

especially that section identified with McCain. As this is beginning toemerge, the response will be to 'shove a spine' into the 'old man', whi

produces a very 'aggressive' and 'belligerent' McCain over August.

Then some [information] and [media attacks] in early September

seemingly coincide with a [sudden health crisis] for the 'candidate'. A

this point the data sets are pointing to the word [candidate] associated

with the [republican party] as having undergone a swift change to a

[euphemism] for [unviable/dead_on_arrival]. The longer term data seaccruing now for the month of September 2008 are coming in (with

California associations initially) which show that [crippling] and

[mortally wounding] [accusations/blows] are being [received] by

McCain such that he is effectively *not* even expected to win among

[republicans]. Much of the language around McCain in September, a

October includes support from human body part descriptors which

themselves are supported by [wounded], and [crippled], and [illness]aspects. An interpretation of the data must include the idea that a

potential exists for the [stressors] of the [crippling attacks] to also be

actually [crippling] given the [fragile] state of McCain's health. This

area also goes to support the 'calls for early elections' forecast from

previous ALTA reports. The idea being that 'everyone' knows that

McCain is a 'dead horse candidate' who is merely 'filling the slot' as t

'other' is clearly to 'triumph'.

As the crises of 2008 mount, the data sets continue to accrue lots of

longer term values in the various fields around [duration] and

[intensity]. Seemingly the rest of the year will be an increasing

emotional roller coaster ride with a hell of a drop at the end. As we

contemplate the days ahead the faint sounds of munching emerge fro

the recesses of the kitchen acting as a warning that in a chaotic unive
