INTRODUCTION

HIDROPROYECTOS is an engineering company based in Vizcaya, in Spain.

The company was founded with the goal of being independent and it remains independent to this day.

According to this, it does not have any association with building companies, equipment manufacturers,

government organizations or financial entities.

The third article of its article of association says that::

The company´s targets include

1)The production and sale of electric power. The construction, commercialization, operation and maintenance of

power plants based on hydropower, thermal energy or solar energy, along with other projects and studies

associated with .

2)The help, management, administration and participation in companies associated with the above objectives

along with their creation and development.

HYDRAULIC AREA

In the last twenty years HIDROPROYECTOS’ technical staff have developed their experience in the process of planning,

designing, constructing and operating of hydraulic works with particular emphasis in the field of hydroelectric power and

pumping stations.

HIDROPROYECTOS is an expert consultant company in the field of hydraulics and energy, and also takes part actively in

all the activities associated with the hydroelectric power. Its expertise ranges from viability studies and construction

projects, and includes technical assistance, works management, operation and maintenance of installations, and renovation

and repowering of existing projects.

PHOTOVOLTAIC AREA

In the last years the photovoltaic energy has experienced a substantial growth worldwide. Normally, these

installations consist in small plants without moving parts, and can either contribute electricity to the network or

work as stand- alone installations.

HIDROPROYECTOS’ face the opportunity afforded by photoelectric projects by taking advantage of the synergy

created by its clients’ opinions and energy saving opportunities to involve photoelectric generation in distinctive

projects.
