I will use the paint colors as close to the railroad color unless you want something different. I only use rattle-can spray paints so you must specify the colors per paint number on the cans if it not my standard colors. The price for building a kit s 2.5 times the price of the kit. So a $100 kit would cost $250 total for the kit and the build. This is the Yawkey House Historical Museum in Wausau WI. Our Wisconsin Valley Model Railroad Club has occupied the lower level of this building since 1960. I have been a member for over 50 years. I modeled this house for the club’s HO layout in the basement. No – a model of the layout is not in the model’s basement (everyone asks).
