1 General Information
This document is submitted to double blind review, so please don’t paste any authors’
names in this document. We require you to upload a doc or docx document to the
website and a pdf for layout-double-checking.
If you copy from another program, we suggest using the copy and paste option keeping
the “text only”. You can read on how to do that here:

formatting/
1.1 Working with the Template
We provide the template in order to facilitate professional looking layouts for all
authors. Hence we provide corresponding styles for you to use. Please select those
styles for each part of the text accordingly (see figure 1).
Please don’t use headings beyond the third level, footnotes or endnotes, bold or italic
formatting.
Titles and headings the first word and all important words should be capitalized. Do not
capitalize a, an, the, at, by, for, in, of, on, to, up, and, as, but, it, or, and nor. In cases of
doubt refer to the U.S. Government Printing Office Style Manual.
Tables, Figures, and images should be placed at the top or bottom of the page. Naming
and numbering should correspond with the mentioning in the text. For their
descriptions please use the style format “7_Caption for Tables and Figures”. Please
make sure that text in the images is still readable when printed in the correct format. If
you embed text in an image, try to use the Adobe Source Sans Pro font or a similar (e.g.
Calibri) sans-serif font.
Title of the Paper (at most 70 characters and 8 words)
Tables cannot exceed the text width. Tables longer than one page must have a header
line. For a professional layout, we have prepared a table style that you can find with the
table tools in MS Word (see figure 2). We have also included a sample table.
