Current Project: An HGS Master Black Belt is currently mentoring a TSA Green Belt who is working a project to reduce the rework done by the Acquisitions Office on packages submitted by the TSA Office of Security Operations for Non-IT Acquisitions. The project started in July 2015.

I want to extend our sincere gratitude for the fabulous training your team offered to our group of Headquarters and TSA trainees last week focused on learning the skills of Lean Six Sigma so we have a toolset to lead improvement activities. Those who attended the course were really impressed with the level of quality in the instructors, the materials, and the learning experiences used to ensure we really had a grasp on the materials and content for application back in our operational settings.

The level of skill and experience demonstrated by the Master Black Belt instructors/coaches was something that I truly have not experienced ever in a government training course. We look forward to the second week of the training, and would be very excited to work with you and your team to offer this training again in the late February timeframe to additional Headquarters and TSA interested parties.
