Powerful, High Speed Rotating Table
The high precision CAM compound enables the machine to have top grade, the quickest tool change time in its class.
Z-axis(Spindle Head) is separated with ATC, which enables various work-piece to be accessed conveniently without interference by ATC.
The wide dual table, adopted as standard equipment, allows a new work-piece to be set up outside during machining of various work-piece, enhancing productivity by reducing loading/ unloading time.
Hydraulic rack & pinion was used for the 180 degree rotating table, which was positioned securely by Curvic coupling.
Rigid Tapping
Optimized spindle structure designed by advanced technology provides not only high speed and high accurate rotation, but also powerful synchronized tapping of high speed and high accuracy by realizing excellent acceleration and deceleration time in its class, and provides a high productivity as well. (Max. speed : 6,000rpm)

Spindle Motor connected directly with high-precision coupling has no backlash, which enables high accurate and high speed machining to be possible with high speed acceleration and deceleration.

Powerful, High Speed Rotating Table

Hydraulic unit is standard and it is available optional rotary joint with 2x2 or 2x4 ports on the center of pallet which can connect with Hydraulic or Pneumatic fixture.

High speed and High accurate Feed system High speed, endurable heavy weight and high accurate LM guide was adopted for each

Optimization of width and arrangement of each slide to feed smoothly by secure load distribution.
By adopting LM guide, stick slip from slide way, wear of slide way and the difficulty of maintenance can be removed and then, accuracy can maintain for a long-term operation.

The large capacity coolant tank, 300 liter(79 gallon), is isolated from the machine bed to prevent the heat transfer and associated thermal distortion to perform high accurate machining. Spindle thru coolant system is available as an optional feature.

Centralized / Swivel Control Panel The centralized control panel was designed to be minimizing operatos unnecessary
motion and performing excellent operating. For easy accessing, control panel was design to be swiveled 75 degree. The isolated MPG Handle was adopted as a standard feature and it is much
convenient to operate at the manual mode.
