• Hi-Country Snack Foods, Inc. has been producing high quality jerky since 1976 and our brand has been widely accepted in grocery, convenience, sporting goods and farm/ranch stores• Our jerky is sliced on specialized equipment to create a user-friendly stick made from whole muscle beef rounds• After slicing, beef rounds are slowly tenderized by using real fruit juices and then slowly cooked and dried for 8 to 9 hours• Hi-Country products are made in the USA and manufactured in a USDA approved facility• High barrier, resealable packaging is used, which is graphically designed to appeal to the outdoor enthusiast• Our jerky can be displayed on peg hooks or side stacked in PDQ display boxes
