Student Pass Policies
• Passes need to be written in agenda books or
• Students on lunch break can get a pass from Media Center personnel before 7:20AM
• Each student needs his or her own pass – please don’t send groups of students on one pass.
•Groups are limited to 5 students
Media Center Hours
• The Media Center is open to students from 7:10 AM until 2:45 PM

Reserving Equipment
• TV carts with VCR• Combination
VCR/DVD player• Overhead projectors• CD players• Cassette players
• See Media personal to borrow equipment for the day
• Equipment is due back at the end of the school day. It needs to be available for the following day.
Media Retrieval System
• Up to 9-TV channels can be programmed or a video tape loaded into our Media Retrieval System. It is then available to view from any TV connected to our network.
• Recordings of Instructional TV programs will be made with advance notice

• Look at the HHS Conference on CLC for the Media Computer Lab and Floor calendar
• Check to see if your date is available• Send an e-mail to Gina Falick to reserve your
time and dates• There is a 3 day limit (consecutively) per
request
Getting Announcements on TV Monitors
• Fill out announcement form (available in front office)
• 24 hours notice necessary
• Announcement slides will appear in the lobby and classroom TV’s, ch.25
• Daily Announcements are listed on our HHS Home Page
