DRAFT CONCEPT DESIGN: GAFFNEY VILLAGE STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENT, GAFFNEY STREET, PASCOE VALE 3044
As you may be aware, Council is currently undertaking the design for the streetscape improvement of Gaffney Street, Pascoe Vale to improve pedestrian accessibility and presentation of the shopping strip.
For further information about the project, please visit the project webpage: www.moreland.vic.gov.au/Gaffney-Village.
Pre-design consultation was undertaken in November 2017 to seek community feedback on the streetscape improvement. A report outlining community feedback can be found on the project webpage. The feedback received has informed the development of the attached draft Concept Design, which seeks to address various issues including pedestrian safety, amenity and presentation of the shopping strip.
You are welcome to discuss and provide your feedback on the draft Concept Design to Council officers, at the following times and locations:
Drop-in Sessions Outside Pascoe Vale Station, Gaffney Street.
Saturday 02nd February 10am – 12pm
Tuesday 05th February 4pm – 7pm If you are unable to attend a session, you can submit your comments online at www.moreland.vic.gov.au/Gaffney-Village. The survey will be open until Sunday 17th February 2019.
