Technology Action Plan
Goal: Increase student achievement through technology integration across the curriculum.

Needs Assessment The teachers will complete a needs assessment survey to identify areas of need regarding use of technology.
Principal/Campus Technologist
May 2011 Results of survey will be compiled and prioritized based on areas of greatest need.
CSCOPE training One teacher per grade level will be sent to the CSCOPE conference in August to learn more about technology integration into curriculum through CSCOPE
Assistant Principals
May 2011-August 2011
Teachers attending the conference will share with grade levels during in-service at the beginning of the school year.
Eduphoria training Teachers will receive training during grade-level PLC meetings in the use of Eduphoria for creating assessments to go with CSCOPE lessons.
Campus Instructional Specialist

Promethean Board Training
Teachers will receive training in the use of Promethean Boards.
