It will include a discussion on the recently conserved 16th century McParland's building in Parnell Street, considered to be the last surviving half timbered house in the country.

This year National Heritage Week is focusing onBuilt Heritage and we’d like you to do the same.To be in with a chance to win some great prizes all you need to do is submit an image(s) that youthink captures a message or aspect about ourbuilt heritage and provide a brief caption withyour photo.
We are looking for creative interpretations of Irelands builtheritage. This could be a picture of the interior or exteriorof your favourite building, monument or ruin (historic orcontemporary), a feature that captures your imagination(a window, door, handle, column, stairway, roof etc), aninteresting streetscape, a group of buildings or examplesof where built heritage meets natural heritage.
