COMPULSORY CIVIL WEDDING PACKAGE FOR DIRECT GUESTS (Legal procedures).

£ 375 to be paid locally for the compulsory package. Please note that the above rate includes the affidavit & Supreme Court fees, legal fees, a private BMW X 5 which will drive the guests from the resort to the Supreme Court, Civil Status and back to Heritage The Villas.

IMPORTANT NOTES & CONDITIONS: The above prices are inclusive of 15% government tax. The wedding options are payable either directly at Heritage the Villas or if pre-booked via a Tour

Operator or a Travel Agent, a wedding voucher should be issued with the prepaid services For guests booking their accommodation via an Operator, the local handling agent has to arrange the

legal part of the civil wedding. Direct guests have to send three copies of the following legal documents three months before the

wedding day. All originals will be required during the formalities in Mauritius:

Copies of passports Birth certificate drawn up in either English or French Any other documents (in case of divorce, widowhood and/ or change of name). In the case that the bride has obtained her final decree of divorce less than 10 months before the

new wedding date, we must also have a medical certificate confirming that she is not pregnant. The ceremony cannot be performed otherwise.

Flowers are seasonal Any other requests will be treated on an “à la carte” basis and a supplementary charge will apply for any

special requests The above rates are applicable till 31/01/13 only and the rates may change during the current year

without prior notice.
