To be fair to our teachers and other students, we must remain firm on our registration and cancellation polices. Class size is limited to 6 to 8 students, so register as soon as possible. Full payment of class fee is required at time of registration. Refunds are given if you notify us no later then one week prior to the start of the class. Patchworks reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a class your money will be refunded. Lists of other tools and sewing supplies are available at time of registration. Most supplies are available for purchase at Patchworks. Machines are available for use during class. Please let us know when signing up if you require a class machine. (Please note that most classes require homework that involves the use of a sewing machine!) Beginning classes do not require any quilting skills. Intermediate classes assume you have taken a beginner’s class and know how to rotary cut and finish a quilt. Ask which classes would be best for you. BEGINNING PATCHWORK This class will introduce you to the basics of quilt making: rotary cutting, machine piecing and finishing. Class fee includes Patchworks’ Party Mix pattern and your choice of a Patchworks' Packet for the quilt top. Beginner. Wednesdays, October 5, 12, 19 & 26 10:30-1pm $128 FREE MOTION LOCOMOTION! Now boarding at Patchworks’ Station, the train bound to quilting freedom! Learn the motion—the free motion method of quilting. The engineer will direct you in the basics of machine preparation and setup. Then get on your way as the conductor guides you through the winding curves and up and down hills. Relax and learn the motion, the free motion locomotion! Saturday, October 8 12-2pm $25 LONE STAR WALL HANGING If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making a Lone Star quilt but thought they were too difficult to make, here’s the perfect one for you! It’s not too big and uses only four fabrics in the star portion. We made our sample in Christmas fabrics since you can definitely get this one done in time for the holidays! Some pre-class work is required. Intermediate. Thursdays, Oct. 20 & 27 10:30-1pm $45 HOLLY BERRIES TREE SKIRT A fun twist on a tree skirt that lets you use lots of different fabrics! Strip piecing, machine appliqué and even make some yo-yos for the berries if you want! Requires some pre-class work. Thursdays, Oct. 6 & 13 10:30-1:30 $45 FLORAL TABLE RUNNER Learn various machine appliqué techniques including basic zigzag stitch, blanket stitch and bias. Great skill builder class. Tuesdays, Oct. 11 & 18 10:30-1pm $45 ver. 2

used Hoffman's Sangria Bali Pops.) The throw size version is shown but the pattern is also available in twin and queen. Intermediate skills.

REVERSIBLE TABLE RUNNERAn absolutely beautiful table runner that does double duty because it's reversible! We made ours in gorgeous harvest colors on one side and Christmas on the other. Sew and quilt as you go, so when you're down stitching, all you have to do is bind! (It's even finished off with a reversible binding.) You will love making this table runner and it's sure to go to the top of your gift making list!
