NEWS UPDATE

Dear Parents,

Here is the latest from the NMS-DPS News Desk.

On line registration for admission, on first cum first serve basis, will open for KG I & grade XI

(external candidates) from 15th January 2014 from 10:00 a.m. The registration for other

grades will be announced by mid of February 2014, depending upon the seats availability.

Kindly note that holiday for Prophet’s birthday will be as per the Government notification.

An interschool Hindi Divas Competition was organized by the Indian School. The result are

as follows:

2nd position – Rosalind Agasti (Essay Writing)

2nd Position – Farisha Thakur (Picture Identification)

3rd Position – Neha Sharma (Poem)

In co-ordination with the Lions Club of Riffa we will be hosting Annual Essay and Painting competition in our school campus on Friday, 10th January 2014 from 3:00 p.m to 5:15 p.m. The details are given below: Registration time 2:30 p.m. Essay Writing 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Painting 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Age Group : 8 years to 15 years Kindly bring the original CPR for registration.

An assembly was conducted by Junior student council for the students of grades VI to XII .

The theme for the assembly was “Dreamscope through Telescope”.

An assembly was conducted by the Mother teachers for the students of grades I to II.

A demo presentation for Karate was conducted for the students of III to XII by a renowned

instructor Mr . Amr Moawad.
