Coffee Shake
• 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
• 8 fluid ounces low fat milk or soy milk
• 1/2 peach
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.Serve chilled, garnished with a slice of peach.

• 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Chocolate
• 4 fluid ounces low fat milk or soy milk
• 4 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
