BIG THANK YOU TO MULTICULTURAL NIGHT STAGE SHOW CREW!!!

The Multicultural Night stage show, hosted by HAPS Council on April 23 rd, was a fantastic success for a variety of reasons. This combined effort not only included the talented individuals who generously gave their time to perform but also those who worked behind the curtain by my side.

I would  like to take this opportunity to thank all of the student stage hands/volunteers who were essential to me that night,  including; Phoebe W.,  Kyle, Kyla J., Chris P. and  Hayden J.

I would specifically like to thank Tomer , Stefan and Akhil for their technical skills and assistance throughout the evening. They worked tirelessly, without a break and under very demanding and complicated circumstances, to make the stage show the fantastic display it was.

Tomer , Stefan and Akhil’s talent and time was essential to the success of the show and the evening itself.

THANK YOU!!!!!

Good Byes

Suzy/Suzanne have been tremendous supporters of the school raising 3 and 2 children respectively over the last 11 years. They have worked with 4 principals, chaired or co-chaired the parent committee for years and donated their time and many late nights to EVERY cause the school has undertaken over the years. Whether it was silent auction arrangements, dances, meet the teacher events, filed trips, carpooling to team games, supporting track and field days, magazine drives, fundraising at every level and donations from cupcakes to classroom supplies, we have never met more dedicated moms. Thank you to them and the families standing with them for making Henderson an extraordinary community and being so inspirational and motivating. You, your ideas and support along with your children will be missed. Wishing you every success as you move on to your next adventures! Thank-you!!! - Sylvia K.

It is with heavy heart that we must say good bye to the following teachers: Ms. Battaglia, Ms. Cassen, Mr. Davis, Ms. Grisolia, Mr. Iarrobino, Ms. Litvack and Ms. Tjeng, you have made a difference and touched our lives for both students and parents in many ways. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors, please come back and visit!

Mrs. Edwards is currently off on maternity leave, congratulations on your baby girl! May this time be one that you always cherish and can look back on with fond memories.

Best wishes to Genevieve S. and Lisa K.! Thank you so much for your many years of service with Henderson’s School Council and because of Lisa, the students will enjoy an outdoor classroom in September!

It is such a pleasure for families to walk into Henderson and be greeted with friendly faces. Ms. Bond and Ms. Litvack are not only knowledgeable and helpful they also bring a happy atmosphere into the school. Thank-you both for being you!
