Spill Ready Organic Floor SweepSpill Ready Organic Floor Sweep is manufactured locally from recycled organic cellulose products that would otherwise be burnt or end up in landfills. It absorbs 4 times per kilogram more liquid than most clay and mineral based absorbents making it more cost effective.

Vulcan Industrial AbsorbentVulcan Industrial Absorbent is a super absorbent granular material from all natural sources. It is de-dusted, so great for use outside, and is an inert natural product so can be used anywhere. Effective on most types of spills including oils, fuels, chemicals, paint, weak acids and bases and more. It absorbs immediately on contact, and has a strong wicking action, which makes for a fast effective clean-up.

Drain Wardens Drain Wardens provide the industrial site with three benefits • Filters and holds up to 20L of spilled oil

/ petroleum base fluids• Prevents cigarettes, paper and silt from

clogging up the sites drainage system• Catches any accidental spills and

neoprene Drain SealsSpill Ready Neoprene Drain Seals are black and highlighted with safety yellow tape. They are flexible, durable, non-ab-sorbing and tear resistant. Drain Seals can be easily cut to special shapes and sizes if needed. Clean them with soap and water. Drain seals are available in a number of sizes.

The drive through design is ideal for small equipment decon, saddle tank ruptures and transformer storage. Our bunds have no parts to assemble or dismantle making them fast and easy to set up and repack. Spill Ready Collapsible Bunds are reusable. Just clean and place in the storage bag for re-use..

Spill Ready Drive Over Bund The Wall Bund is designed to contain and prevent liquids from migrating outside the area of its containment. Used primarily as a wall that has a footprint which is only 14cm wide by 7.5cm high. The bund wall has a half moon collapsible sponge which is encased in a strong yellow truck tarp vinyl material. This provides a watertight, non-slip surface with a round footprint, to walk on or drive over. The bund wall collapses and springs back to its original half-moon shape providing the perfect wall bund for liquid containment.

We can offer a range of Storage Cabinets including flammable liquid, corrosive substances, aerosol and gas cylinder stores, plus more.

Stick Down BundingOur stick down bunding has been designed to prevent a spill from migrating into the yard from your warehouse. It has a bevelled edge on either side and a flat top surface which allows a forklift to move unrestricted up and over the top. It is glued on one side ready for you stick down.

ShOWERS AnD EYEWAShOur range of showers and eyewash are stainless steel construction for long service life in all environments. They comply with AS4775 and ANSI Z358 for emergency eyewash and shower equip-ment. We supply different models to suit any application.

Ensuring protection for your workers and the envoronment

Ecoform is a ground breaking natural alternative to traditional polypropylene meltblown absorbents. Made from a mix of recycled and renewable cellu-lose materials, creating a high performance natural range of absorbents. The use of natural materials does not compromise performance, with EcoForm generally outperforming meltblown absorbents. Available in pads, rolls and booms.

The Premier range of absorbents has been designed for great performance and absorbency. Including features such as laminated cover stocks for strength and durability, and fast wicking action. Some of the range utilises recycled synthetic fibres, giving this range green credentials. If you need high performance, choose the Premier range. Available in pads and rolls.

The Classsic range is a no fuss, but highly absorbent and economical range of absorbents. Made from 100% meltblown polypropylene resin, coming in a range of weights. They are great for high volume and everyday use. Available in pads, rolls, booms and pillows

When spills happen on water, you need to act fast, and ensure your spill equipment is up to the job. Spill Ready offer a full range of marine spill equip-ment from floating booms, sweeps, spill kits and more. We can also custom design a solution for you.

Spill Ready Absorbent Pads, Rolls, Booms and PillowsAll absorbents are not made equal. You deserve quality absorbents that are guaranteed to perform. We have a wide range of absorbents to clean up spills or leaks around the workplace. Our range of General Purpose, Oil Only and Hazchem absorbents are durable and we can provide an absorbent solution to fit any budget.

Have you noticed how some absorbents are grey in colour, some are white and others are yellow? Below we’ve explained what colour to use for different types of spills and when to use them. General Purpose absorbents are grey in colour and are also sometimes referred to as Universal. As a general rule of thumb if the spill has happened indoors use a grey product to absorb both oil and water based substances (technically referred to as hydrophilic). Best choice for almost any situation. Oil Only absorbents are best used outdoors to absorb just oil based spills (petrol, diesel, and solvents) and are technically referred to as hydrophobic. These products are white in colour and also come in a range of shapes and sizes. They are best used outdoors. hazchem Absorbents Chemical or toxic spills require polypropylene meltblown absorbents. These are yellow in colour and are referred to as Hazchem. Please remember that chemical spills can be extremely hazardous and should not be cleaned up without the correct training or protective equipment. These can be used in-doors or out.
