There were 12 motor vehicle stops and two accidental 911 calls.
Monday, Feb. 19, 20181508 Services rendered for
medical transportation.1516 An Opheim female ad-
vised about a dark green or black pickup off the road at an Opheim location on the east side of the road. She stated she did stop and there was no one in the vehicle except a dog. A deputy advised there was a tractor at the scene attempting to pull the vehicle out of the ditch when he got there. There were no injuries. Every-thing was fine.
1614 A disabled motor vehicle was investigated.
1650 A Glasgow male called in stating a Glasgow intersection was so slick he slid right through the stop sign. No one was there, so no accident, but he thought maybe someone could come out and sand this intersection.
2020 A public assist was given.
Tuesday, Feb. 20, 20180926 A caller reported there
was a green SUV on the shoul-der of the highway at a Glasgow location but was unable to give a plate number. A deputy was notified. The deputy reported no one was around the vehicle. It was off the fog line, but almost in the driveway of the house it was near. He did make contact with the owner, who will try to get the vehicle moved.
1617 A Valley County bus driver reported a northbound car passed his lights about five min-utes ago on top of the hill on a double yellow. He was not able to give a vehicle description, color or plate. He will have someone pull up the video to try get more information. He was willing to sign a complaint. A deputy went to the school administration building and by 5:44 p.m., was with the suspect with a citation.
1940 A Glasgow caller re-
ported a large white male cat showed up at his place. The cat has black and brown spots and some black and brown on its head. He will have the cat at his house if anyone calls looking for it. A female advised that she put her cat on Facebook and she was patched up with the caller.
1955 A Valley County caller reported they ran out of gas. Someone was coming from Glas-gow and they have their flashers on. A deputy is at the scene and reported the vehicle was stalled on US 2 near Whately Crossing. The van was pushed into the ditch. Deputies will be transport-ing four subjects into Glasgow. The temperature was 18 below zero at the scene.
Wednesday, Feb. 21, 20180238 An arrest was made for a
probation violation. BAC 0.152.0535 A public assistance was
made in Glasgow.1024 A female with BNSF ad-
vised one of the trains hit a herd of antelope at a Frazer location. She said one was still alive with broken legs and should be put down. Dispatch notified Fish & Game and will contact Tribal Fish and Game.
1204 A female caller on 911 requested cops saying her brother just beat the s--- out of her. Dis-patch tried to get her name, but it was hard to understand her as she was audibly upset. Dispatch notified units. By 12:29 p.m., an officer reported the subject logged a BAC of .273 and was taken five minutes ago.
1336 A Glasgow female want-ed to speak with a deputy about her landlord just walking into her house without giving notice. She was advised dispatch did not have anyone available to take her call right then, but would have someone call her back. She stated further that the landlord called to tell he he was going to walk in the house. I asked her if he had actually entered the house or just threatened to come in, and
she said he called today but just came in in the past. She was told dispatch would have someone call her back, and a deputy was given her number.
1339 An officer received a call from a concerned citizen about someone having cats out in the cold. He later advised that the cat owner was contacted by the female caller about the cats. The owner advised the officer of the situation. The officer ad-vised that the cats were in the yard in a crate with self feeders and were covered, but he would try to contact the owner and get further information on them. At 2:11 p.m., the officer spoke with the owner and said the cats were healthy. They had food, water and shelter that was insulated with blankets inside. After their conversation, the cat owner was going to take the cats to a farm where she had gotten someone to take them in.
1402 A Nashua male advised that his ex-girlfriend left his house after an earlier incident taking his van, two laptops and his cell phone. He would like to speak with someone about the theft of the items and would like the female charged with vehicle theft. A deputy requested this report because he already talked with the male and asked him to write out a statement. The male would like the officer to pick up the statement at Nashua tonight. The male will email it to PD with a copy of this report and a copy will also be sent to the deputy.
1408 A vehicle was repos-sessed in Frazer. The owner can call his lender if he has any questions.
1444 An officer advised he left the scene of an auto theft and was headed to Holiday. He will be back on scene in a few minutes. A female wanted to report her vehicle as stolen. She thinks it happened last night, maybe be-tween 9:30 and 10 p.m. She gave the suspect’s and his roommate’s
names. She said her vehicle was a 2005 red Sport Trac with a black hard top tonneau cover. She called later to report she found a credit card belonging to one of the suspects and gave his correct name. She was advised a deputy would stop to pick that up. At 4:27 p.m., the vehicle was signed as stolen and entered into the sys-tem. A teletype was also sent out. At 11 p.m., the owner reported they received information that someone saw the suspect with the vehicle in Williston. She’s not sure of the exact location at this point. She was patched up with an officer. At 9:45 a.m., on Feb. 23, information was received in an urgent message from Roosevelt County that stated the vehicle had slid into the ditch on Road 1072 and was still running and what did we want them to do with it? An officer advised dispatch to ask them to secure the vehicle and at-tempt to locate the suspects and investigating agency.
1537 An officer requested a card be started regarding harass-ment/threats. One Valley County male was calling another male making threats to kill a bunch of people over his vehicle getting towed. He threatened to kill the other male and any deputy. The victim male made the comment that “we’ll have to put a bullet in him to stop him.” An officer headed to the suspect male’s address.
1604 A Glasgow male said his wife wouldn’t let him see their kids. They’re at the East Side School in Glasgow. Her father is there and won’t let the kids come out of the building. He said they don’t have a parenting plan. He wanted to speak with an officer, and he was patched up with one.
1653 A Glasgow male called wanting to speak with an officer. He received information that one of his probationers was very
