THE BOTANICAL GARDEN THE SINGLETON PARK ORNAMENTAL GARDEN Set in the grounds of Singleton Park Campus, the listed Botanical Garden is home to rare and unusual botanical specimens as well as resident foxes, bats, hedgehogs and even an occasional otter! We are rejuvenating this listed site by removing invasive species, creating new pathways and restoring streams and cascades. The Singleton Park Ornamental Garden is located to the north-west of the Singleton Park Campus within Singleton Park - one of Wales’ oldest municipal parks. WE NEED YOU TO HELP US RESTORE AND MAINTAIN THIS BEAUTIFUL GARDEN. Working with local community groups, opportunities for Swansea University volunteers will include: • Bulb planting • Ground cover planting • Soil cultivation • Weeding • Light pruning • Invasive species control HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
