“ I saw a gentleman bedding down for the night in the stairwell of my apartment building. I could see him from my bedroom window and decided I had to do something to help him.

“ A friend had told me about StreetLink so I logged onto the website and gave a description of the gentleman, his location and the time of night at which he was appearing. Within a week he was gone and I received an update from StreetLink saying he had been supported into suitable accommodation.“
