• When looking for a home, you should Always pick Location 1st, Followed by the Size of the Home, and then the Amenities.

• When out Looking ,bring a Camera to take extra pictures, it will help you remember certain features that you liked or did not like when making your Decision

• Don’t always go by the List Price when putting in an Offer, an Experienced Agent would know if the house is Priced too High or Low

• Always get a Home Inspection, even when Buying New Construction. This Includes Termite, Radon, Septic, Well & Any other Inspection that may be needed.

Tips for Buying a Home

• The MOST Important thing to do when selling your house is to Price it Right!!! Do Not Over Price it !!!

• Remove the Clutter, take down the pictures, & Clean the house.

• Walk through the house as if you were a Buyer, Fix what you see that needs to be Fixed & Paint what needs to be Painted
