Zermatt’s internationally acclaimed architect, Heinz Julen, designed Zermatt luxury catered and self-

catered ski chalet Heinz Julen Penthouse. This extraordinary double-level 260sqm Penthouse is set above

the Heinz Julen Loft. With concepts such as a fireplace nesting in the middle of the living-room window,

and original hand-made furniture (including Julen’s famous chandeliers and chairs), it has featured in

several designer magazines.

Access is a through a tunnel in the centre of Zermatt and an elevator for which you will have a personal

key code. The elevator brings you high up to the terrace of the Omnia Hotel, from where it is a 2 minute

walk to the chalet. The village end of the lift delivers you to the heart of Zermatt, in the main street close to

the church.

On the main floor there is a large living room with three separate seating areas, a dining section, the

open-plan kitchen and a large balcony. All three floors are accessed by your own private elevator and/or

stairs. Of course the chalet includes all modern comforts such as a large LED flat screen TV with DVD and

cable, sound system, free wireless broadband internet access, a well appointed kitchen and a private sauna
