Heavy Vehicle truck and dog nose to tail with four cars

3 Lanes closed for approx 1 ½ hours

Details of casualties: Female driver of unit 2 (trapped) minor injuries transported to hospital

Vehicle mechanical inspection details:

Inspection of both units was carried out at Bundall Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre. Inspection of truck showed to be in good working order. Inspection of trailer showed an imbalance on first axle of 66% (Allowable limit 30%) everything else to be in good working order.
