BASIC CHARGES Each week in excess of a whole month will be charged at one-third of the monthly rate or one month, whichever is less. Rentals are payable in advance of use of equipment. 1 day possession = 8 hours of allowable use / 1 week possession = 40 hours of allowable use 1 month (4 week/28 day) = 176 hours of allowable use No credit given for weather-related down time. -Rates subject to change without notice. Not all equipment is available at all locations. -Contact the nearest branch to check availability.

TERMS and CONDITIONS All rentals are subject to state and local taxes. Delivery and pick up charges are not included in the stated rental rate.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Check engine oil and fluid levels daily adding fluid as necessary. 2. Clean air filters daily. 3. Change oil filters at required intervals. 4. Repair flat or damaged tires. 5. Provide trained operator. 6. Notify in writing to terminate rentals. 7. Pay all operating and maintenance expenses. 8. Customer will return equipment in clean condition. 9. Customer to supply all risk insurance.
