The Ten Week Challenge
Pray daily for the eyes of our hearts to be enlightened.
Monitor our hearts daily by monitoring what is coming out of our mouths.
Pray daily for God to search our hearts and transform them into the heart of Christ.

Identify the source of impurity in our lives.
Expose them to God.
Prayerfully develop a plan to eliminate these sources.

Monitor the attitude of our hearts.
How merciful are we?
How much do we truly desire God’s righteousness?
Pray for God to search our hearts and show us wounds that need to be forgiven.
Make the decision to forgive and work the steps to forgiveness.

Eph. 6:11-12 – Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh
and blood, but against the
rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, against the spiritual
forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Matthew 7:24-25..Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

We must understand the word
A word that requires action.
Difference between “maker” & “keeper.”
“peacemaker”
It’s an attitude that is always ready to act or work for peace in any situation.
This attitude is full of wisdom. (James 3:17-18)
James 3:17-18…But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.
How do we gain this wisdom?Daily prayer and meditation…
to desire peace
to give our hearts to God.
Be in the Spirit and listen for God’s perspective.
to have God’s vision.
Put peace into practice.
What a peacemaker is…
one who listens to God’s Spirit.
one who is under the Spirit’s control . one who responds with grace.
one who calms anger and produces peace.
What are signs of a peace breaker?
one who gossips. one who spreads bitterness. one who stirs up division.
one who puts others down to build themselves up.
one who lets their pride rule their actions.
one who holds a grudge.
What are signs of a peacemaker?
one who truly works for peace.
one who spreads kindness. one who seeks unity. one who builds others up withou selfish
motives. one who doesn’t lose his/her temper.
