pump 2,000 gallons of oxygen-rich blood many times through about 60,000 miles of branching blood vessels in our body per day.

• Do the diet control and exercises regularly• Avoid all fast foods and keep a healthy diet• Atleast 30 to 45 mts of walk 4 times a week

• Cardiac problem still the major cause of death

• But the Lord says;
