For which children should Audiologic Review be conducted?

Why should information be sent in for Audiologic Review if:

• the physician said everything is OK?•a re-screehing at school showed

normal hearing?•a community-based audiologist

said hearing was within normal limits?

Do we need signed consent from the parents to send information to LICA for audiologic review?
