Give your fundraising efforts a Shot in the Arm! When you sponsor a Healthy School, Healthy Home Flu Shot Clinic this fall, a portion of the proceeds from each shot will go towards funding other important activities and programs at your school. The program is as easy as A-B-C:

Pick a date - Plan to hold a “Healthy School, Healthy Home” flu shot clinic at school one evening in October or early November.

Sell some shots - Promote the event by pre-selling flu shot certificates to families just like a candy or wrapping paper program. Clinical Mobility will provide all necessary marketing materials.

Make some money - The flu shot certificates are sold for $25.00 each; $3.00 from each shot goes back to the school!

Clinical Mobility provides the entire clinic set up including local, licensed nurses and administrative personnel to run the event. All participants will receive a receipt when they receive their shots that can be submitted to their healthcare provider for reimbursement when applicable. Participation is limited to those 4 years of age and older, and this cannot be a participant’s first flu immunization.
