Phase 2 Congratulations on completing Phase 1.

Use your completed food log to point out any weaknessesyou may have. To do this, locate a food pyramid. After you find the pyramid, find out how many servings of each groupwe are supposed to have per day.http://www.choosemyplate.gov/supertracker-tools/daily-food-plans.html and http://www.nourishinteractive.com/nutrition-education-printables/92-food-groups-teaching-kids-healthy-eating-portions-serving-size-handoutRecord this on your paper next to the servings that you had.

Compare the results and record at the bottom what your strengths and weaknesses were in choosing what you ate. Write down 3 ideas explaining how you can make a better choice next time. Remember to be honest, we are trying to get healthy!

Head over to these websites to play a few games and learn a bit more!
