Design Project:
► We are building a device that will aid in hand rehabilitation. This project is significant because hand rehabilitation is very important. The hands are key body parts in many functions, the hand is the largest sensory portion of the brain. Over 28 million people suffer from arthritis or conditional injuries, and if our project can help any of those people rehabilitate their motor skill it will be valuable.

Proof of Concept
Project Background:
This small and inexpensive device will greatly help patients manage their osteo-arthritis.
Problem Statement:
The overall objective of these next couple of months is to greatly reduce the size and cost of the first 2 iterations of the prototype.
While increasing the overall performance of the device by including various types of games.
Objectives/Scope:
Reduce the size of device allowing for easier transportation.
Improve the performance of device by implementing SPI telecommunication capabilities.
This semester’s prototype will yield a smaller, lighter, and cheaper device than the previous semester.

Fun & What We've Done:► Our code will involve reading voltage
at Rf with Arduino, will make a vector to save data from each sensor depending on run time. Vectors will be filled with data each taken every couple microsecond, number will be voltage measurements which increase as pressure increases, EX. Rs decreases with pressure so voltage divider at Rf increase. These values can be fed to processing and each data vector can be used as feedback for some purpose, EX. color changing or turning on lights. We will average the data into soft, medium or hard. Total of 5 sensors with 3 input modes.
