The estimated project cost is $17,357,832.00.

Unanimously approved on June 25, 2014 for the relocation of 31 of the existing 62 dually certified nursing home beds to an adjacent building on the campus of Uplands Village, a CCRC. All 62 beds will be operated under Wharton Nursing Home’s license.
This project would not require a CON under current law,
modification of a health care institution, other than a hospital,
including renovations and additions to facilities, where such
modification requires a capital expenditure greater than two million
dollars ($2,000,000) has been removed from TCA 68-11-1607.
The project has been implemented. Request for cost-overrun of 29.3%. The project had been approved for an estimated project cost of $5,100,000. The final project cost was $6,593,529.
