Definitions
Physical Health- is the condition of your body. Example: having a fever, nutrition, or ability to exercise for 30 minutes
Mental Health- is the condition of your mind and emotions.Example: your ability to cope with stress in your daily life, or express a range of emotions
Social health- is the condition of your relationships.Example: having at least one or two close friends that you feel comfortable with and close to, dating, family relationships, etc.
Environmental Health- is the conditions of your surroundings.Example: second hand smoke, lead in house paint, air quality, safety of neighborhood
Spiritual Health- is the condition of your spirituality.Example: Spending time each week thinking about the meaning of life, meditating, dedicated to your religion, connecting with nature, etc.
Health refers to the overall well-being of your body, your mind, and your relationships with other people.
Quality of LifeQuality of life is the degree of overallsatisfaction that a person gets fromlife.
