PCHRD to look for speakers for the training• DOH to sponsor the accommodation (training

venue and food) for the week-long training

• DOH to sponsor the research proposal of the

top three fellows as identified by thementors/speakers

• MHRDC to look for other funding sources for theremaining 7 proposals

• Sending Institutions to be barred for a year fromany research grant by MHRDC, if fellow unjustlyrefuses to continue the program
