Prenatal DevelopmentPrenatal development is the process for a baby-to-be grows inside the mother. The process normally takes about nine months which means a full term. A full-term pregnancy typically lasts about 40 weeks.
TrimestersTrimesters are timelines of pregnancy can be divided into three trimesters. Each is a time of remarkable growth for the baby and mother.First Trimester 1-3 monthsSecond Trimester 4-6 monthsThird Trimester 7-9 months
MiscarriageA Miscarriage is the loss of pregnancy after less than 20 weeks of fetal development. The zygote, embryo, or fetus dies and is expelled from the mothers body. Ectopic PregnancyA Ectopic pregnancy is a fertilized egg that never reaches the uterus. Sometimes implantation occurs in the fallopian tube. The ectopic pregnancy can be cause by a serious risk to the mothers health.
