Information Technology and Scientific fields are Growing Up but

different diseases and the demand of Medicines are still growing up

with them we have grown unexpected Level in scientifically and

technology field. But we have not yet grownup in scientifically

process. We are not in a condition to take final decision on different

diseases. Now-a-days many people are suffered with health

complaints. But most of them dont have insurance policies. By using

this Health guard system we can get a lot of benefits which all will be

given below.

About Health Guard System:-

It is a process, which is under executed by the performance of a

Chip Card. This card is given to all patients who are affected by health

problem. Health Guard system is developed in such a way that it

would become a for most equipment or System that can identity the

infected person and can prevent the illegal things which are going to

happening. Health Guards System provides secure storage of the

patients personal file. This includes medical history records such as

test results, physicians reports, X-rays, ECGs, etc. Social history,

demographic and Insurance information and other relevant patient

data can also be stored and updated from time to time. For security,

patient data can only be read when patient and physician have been

authenticated. In addition, electronic signing of the data can ensure

that there is no subsequent alteration to guarantee the integrity of the

records.

This is actually used for the purpose of storing a (Patients and

(Doctor) Full Health Guard System details. (Insurance) this is given to

them thorough any approved hospital which can get this health Guard

System and distribute to their patients.

To which hospital will be given:

First of all it the approval of the hospital is noted then the

suspect ion of the Quacks are noted. Finally the Facilities of the

hospital are noted. After the verification of their details, the chip card

will be given to the hospital

What are the details noted inside the Chip cards:-

First of all the details such as the (Bio-Data, of the patient, about

their health complaint and the stage of the patient are registered then

which type of medical services step have to be taken that hospital

name and the Doctors details are registered. The patient who has

this health guards system must have an insurance policy.

How does it work

As it has the details of patient if is just crashed on a machine

after that the entered details are show on a system. The patient who

has this health guard system need not to get treatment in a particular

hospital he can go any where for his treatment. He need not explain to

the new doctor about his before treatment steps.

We just give the health guard to the doctor then he will find out

the details using system. Whenever he needs financial support for his

treatment his details are sent to his appropriate insurance company.

Then it will take further steps to hand over his policy amount. Health

guard system has the details about the blood group and its ability. We

can find out the blood available person and contact him for donating

blood using this system. From anywhere. We can know the ration of

the disease such as cancers AIDS etc., the physical condition of the

patient and the medicine details, which he has taken, are stored in the

cards.

PROCESS:

Once All The Inputs Have Been Verified And Manipulated By The

System, The Form Will Be Accepted For Internal Processing. The Global

Database that Acts as the Back-End System Keeps All Those Data

Provided By the Applicant.

Having absorbed all these details, The Global Database System

Divides It into Various Modules And Store them in Various Locations.

Each Module is designed essentially to serve each area of Health

Deportments.

Each module has its own kind of information. For example, the

security module stores, handles and manipulates all information that

need to be used for verification purposes. In addition, this module can

be correlated with other modules, to serve for various official

purposes.

Health Guards System server should be installed in the Health

Deportments (Hospitals and Pharmacies, Insurance Organization.

That intern will be connected to all the Health Departments offices

around the country and ever with other countries also.

First The Patient should use his card in the health Guard System

access device that reads the encrypted data in the card and supplies

that to the system as an input, if the profile associated with that

access card matches the various data combinations in all the database

modules, then it will question for a security number. After providing

that, the access will be taken into confidential section, such as the

patient name, address, blood Group, health problem. All of these

values are stored in the database in a unique manner.

The total system depends on the data storage. Those details are

populated into the system from the health department and hospital,

insurance Organization records. This system is developed as 100% fool

proof software application. The transaction and activities into the

system should be taken care of by insurance Organization health

Deportment. No one from outside can access or retrieve or store or

modify the data in the system.

The network can be controlled through private wide area

network or also through Internet. There are some contradictions using

both way of communication. When we use the private wide area

network with the help of satellite, the transmission speed of signals

between one location to another location may be slow or not clear. So

the process-taking place at the health department may take some

time to complete. If the system is networked through Internet, and

then the speed of the signals process the data retrieval time can be

reduced. Health guard System server can be used as the back-end

database system .We can use other database systems like oracle or

SQL. But the Health guard System has a special advantage over other

system is not a fool proof one, then there are chances that it can be

hacked. In order to overcome this problem, the system should be

developed with servers such as Health guard System server as the

database server. It can only provide more security than other systems.

It is suggestible that the verification process can be used in two

ways. One for the verification of persons who are affected by diseases.

The system should be developed to work in a automatic fashion. No

manual intervention required.

The global database should be connected with a Health

department center that handles the process of keeping each

applicants personal and social details. Once a persons personal

account is being created, it will be made available for access in the

entire Health department in the country.

If this concept of enhancing the Health department System

comes into effective, sure this will be a great technology development.

By this, the whole world will be benefited in many ways. The first and

foremost thing is that the Health department will become a robust one

and will be an unbreakable and impenetrable one for the illegal

persons. a global database that stores each applicants history.
