• Collaboration/Leadership – Define, adopt and implement standards that
enable interoperability to facilitate a patient- centric network of networks
– Eliminate competition around data sharing and intellectual property
– Collectively engage payers, providers, purchasers, professional societies/associations and vendors

• Incentives– Align incentives around value propositions to
define priorities– Mobilize financial and workforce resources– Engage all types of healthcare entities –
primary/specialty care, community hospitals, long term care, pharma, dental etc.
– Comply with mandated interoperability standards
