■ Potential Risk/ Hazard to crew, cast or members of the publicThe tripod and dolly legs stick out and could trip the actors/ crew/ members of the public. The wheels of the dolly shot equipment could also roll over their feet.■ Level of risk (High/ Medium/ Low)High■ Action/ controls to be taken to avoid and manage potential dangersThe actors/ crew will need to be made aware of the hazard and everyone (including members of the public) should walk around the camera equipment with care. It would also be advisable for one of the crew members to spot the camera operator so that they don’t hurt themselves when they walk backwards with the camera.
