Just as a car needs petrol to run Our body too needs fuel. Healthy food is the fuel which gives us energy to work.
What are the kinds of food?
There are three main Kinds of food. They are
1. Energy Giving food
2. Body building food
3. Protective food

• They give us energy to do work .These food contain carbohydrates.
