The campaign will raise awareness of the importance of activity and diet. It will encourage people to find out how fit they are and to consider ways of improving their fitness.

Most people at one stage in their l ife have been taught what they should eat and fitness related information, but most people need reminding of the dangers of lack of heath and exercise and what they should be doing as a guide l ine. As we mentioned in are quiz an adult aged 19-64 should do at least 150 minutes a week, this is a basic guide of what you should do but most people do not do this and are campaign is here to aware the public and help Britain get fit.

If you stick to are daily guideline it does not use up to much of your time, only 20 minutes a day (roughly) needs to be dedicated to exercise and the rest is what you eat, it’s a simple as that.
