(D CREATE A HEADER AND A FOOTER a. Click Insert — Header & Footer. The insertion point is placed i n the header area.

b. Click Design Header and then select an option similar to Grades, Page 1.

c. Click i n the header area and then click Design — Go to Footer. The insertion point is placed i n the footer area. _ . -

d. Type your name i n the footer area and then click anywhere i n the worksheet.

e. Press Ctrl+Home. Cell A l is the active cell.

(D PREVIEW AND THEN PRINT THE WORKSHEET a. Save the modif ied Grades. b. Select -• Print — Print Preview. The worksheet is displayed as it w i l l appear when

printed. Note the gridlines. c. Click Print Preview — Zoom. The zoom level of the preview is increased.

d. Click Print Preview Print. A dialog box is displayed.

1. Select OK. A copy of the worksheet is printed and the preview is closed.

(7) SAVE AND CLOSE GRADES a. Save the modif ied Grades.

b. Select Sa) — Close. The worksheet is closed.
