Takamol Packaging is a group of packaging companies consisting

of 4 manufacturing companies all in one facility located in DIP,

Dubai, UAE. TPT is a member of Hassani Group of Companies.

Established in 1912, HGC is a diversi�ed conglomerate consisting

of trading & distribution, food manufacturing, manufacturing,

retail & services and real estate & contracting.

Manufacturing is our fastest growing segment. Through our special-

ized companies we manufacture packaging products such as plastic

packaging, metal cans, corrugated cartons and printing and packaging.

Our quality control & design team work alongside our produc-

tion & printing team to ensure we always maintain the highest

quality standards for each industry not only in raw material

purchasing but also converting into a packaging product for

you. The sales team is fully dedicated to service your needs &

requirements from order enquiry & placement to delivery. With

our �eet of light duty & heavy duty pickups, and heavy trailers,

Established in 1996, GPP has been working with renowned FMCG

companies providing quality products & services with a �rm focus

on folding box board cartons & label jobs.

GPP currently serves over 50 clients in more than 12 countries on a

regular basis. Our client list comes from a variety of industries such as

food, tobacco, tissue, cosmetic, perfume, soap, detergent, pharmaceu-

tical, confectionary, biscuits, chocolates and other FMCG products.

Our plant adheres to the strictest environmental, safety & hygiene

standards. These policies supplement our commitment to quality control

at all times. GPP has been successfully audited & approved by our clients.

GPP General Info

GPP is currently an FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) member with

the intention to not only help to reduce deforestation and forest

products, but also to recognize the growing demand for environ-

mental friendly packaging products across the GCC and the world.

With active owner management involved in all aspects of business,

GPP is continuously adding new machinery and investments in

order to better provide and to maintain the highest quality & service

standards for the consumer across all segments of packaging.

GPP uses state of the art Swiss & German machinery for printing, die

cutting, hot-foil stamping, embossing and folding & gluing, with

major investments in Heidelberg & BOBST machinery.

With many di�erent product requirements, GPP uses a diverse range

of papers. Boards mainly used are folding box board, ivory board,

duplex grey back & duplex white back board, label paper and many

others depending on customer speci�cations & requirements.

Folding box board cartons in various sizes with lock bottom,

crush lock, four corner & six corner pasting for various food

industries

French fries scoops, popcorn cup holders, cigarette shells, four

corner trays, etc.

Erect cartons such as boat trays, clam shell boxes, chip scoops,

leak proof trays with lids

Wrap around labels, neck & body labels, loose sheet labels, soft

packs for cigarettes, etc.

We are a corrugated carton manufacturing unit with a daily

capacity of 60 metric tons of corrugation board and correspond-

ing capacity for printing, die cutting, folding and gluing to

produce cartons or trays for all industries.

Established in 2010, we rapidly grew to become one of the major

suppliers of corrugated carton products in the UAE. We also export

corrugated carton products to many countries and produce

laminated o�-set top cartons with the help of a high-speed

laminating machine.

CPP General Info

One of our key strengths is facial tissue packing, with a capacity

of 30,000 cartons per month. We can o�er you a choice of

200/150/100 2 ply sheets of tissue made of 100% high class

paper pulp.

tions of B, C & E �ute to be converted into a solution to your

CPP Product Portfolio

CPP started commercial operations in tissue converting in 2005.

Our brands include Lamia, Safa & Melody and are available all over

the Middle East & Africa. With packing capacity of 30,000 cartons

per months on our fully automated hygienic packing machines,

we are also capable of providing your own brand if desired. Our

sister company GPP can handle the prepress, printing & produc-

tion and delivery of inner tissue boxes to our facility directly. This

ensures the quickest production and total control of quality & �nal

delivery to you.

Established in 1998, we are the �rst fully automatic commercial

metal container manufacturing factory for the processed food

industry in the UAE. We setup to ful�ll the Hassani Group of

Companies growing need for packing in metal containers.

Today we run fully automated state of the art equipment consist-

ing of 2 coil cutting lines, 11 body can production lines that are

supported by 12 press lines. The press lines produce a variety of

closures including easy open ends. In addition, we have 2 double

color printing and coating, a double color UV printing and

coating and three independent coating lines, apart from various

other equipments that assist in the can making process.

We serve more than 150 customers in countries around the world.

Apart from food containers, we also produce general line cans,

plain and printed sheets and components serving the paint,

lubricant and motor oil industries in various sizes and shapes.

CCI Product Portfolio

Our metal cans are made of electrolytic tin plate (ETP) or tin free

steel (TFS) according to your personal requirements. Di�erent

combinations of lacquers & coatings and top & bottom lids (EOE &

Normal Ends) are possible depending on the product �lled. CCI’s

products currently consist of 3 - Piece Round Food & General Cans,

2 - Piece Round Food Cans & 3 - Piece Rectangular General Cans.

Plastic packaging is today one of the most widely used packaging

materials in almost all industries both food & non-food. TMP is

equipped with various machinery for producing plastic containers

using one-step injection and blow molding machinery as well as

stand-alone blow molding and injection molding machines.

Furthermore, TMP is supported by Technoman Industrial Machin-

ery Manufacturing, a member of Hassani Group of Companies and

a state of the art workshop and R&D center for producing molds &

dies for all kinds of container shapes. TMI has the technical know-

how for designing thin wall as well as normal wall thickness molds.

TMP General Info

This support enables TMP to maintain a constant quality and to

achieve high standards for all of its products.

TMP serves all industries where there is a requirement for plastic

containers & plastic parts. However, its major focus has remained in

food, lubricant, cleaning/detergent, chemical & cosmetic industries

with currently over 60 customers. Continuous commitment to

design and to machine new molds for our plastic production

requirements allows TMP to constantly expand our industries

served. Apart from serving local industries, TMP also exports special

plastic closures to various countries.

Currently TMP has 3 one-step PET productions lines, 5 injection

molding machines with various capacities, and 5 multi-station

blow molding machines with 2 more on order. TMP is also capable

of printing on plastic containers using its 2 fully automatic 4-color

UV screen printing machines.

Our quick product cycle time and multiple cavity molds enable us

to meet your orders on time.
