Is your garage dingy, cluttered and in need of a facelift? Transforming it into a “showroom” for your car or reclaiming it for a workshop, playroom or man cave

isn’t difficult. All it takes is a weekend and a little elbow grease. “Many homeowners view the garage as an extension of the home—not just a place to store the lawn mower,” says Rust-Oleum brand manager Mark Wilgen. “A clean, well-organized garage can provide extra living space, as well as add value to a home. And reclaiming it can be a fun weekend project that families can do together.”

Here’s how to get started: Get rid of the clutter. Remove outdoor furniture, sports equipment, lawn mowers and garage clutter. Bag the trash, donate too-small bikes and other items you no longer need and decide what will go back in the garage after your work is done. If you’re like most homeowners, you’ll gain a lot of space by clearing away the clutter. Paint the walls. Most homeowners don’t think about painting the walls of their garage. Yet a coat of ordinary latex paint can go a long way in brightening the space and giving it a finished look. If the garage has never been painted—or it’s been painted with porous builders’ flat paint—make sure you prime first with a quality primer like Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3. It will seal the surface for a better paint

job and you’ll use less paint. Don’t forget the floor. Sweep it clean. Then remove dirt, oil or grease spots using a cleaner/degreaser and a stiff bristle brush and rinse thoroughly. To give your garage a showroom-quality floor that will make you the talk of your neighborhood, finish it with a coating specifically formulated for garage floors such as Rust-Oleum Garage Floor Coating. It will protect the floor against gasoline, antifreeze, motor oil, salt and hot tire pickup and makes it simple to keep clean. And it’s easy to apply. Just mix the two-part system, allow the mixture to stand according to label directions and then apply it in 4’x4’ sections. Toss the decorative paint chips as you finish each section and you’re done. It’s time to organize! From shelving to workbenches to storage pieces designed for sports equipment, there is a plethora of garage storage options available to help you get organized. Visit your local hardware store to find the best option for your needs. You’ll be surprised how a little organization can maximize your garage space. NO. DM-2004-2138MARY RUTH KRUMM,Petitioner,v.LOUIS J. KRUMM,Respondent.

MOTION FOR ORDER TO DIRECT THIRD PARTY

CHARLES SCHWAB TO SELL STOCKS TO SATISFY

JUDGMENTCOMES NOW, Petitioner, Mary Ruth Krumm, by and through her attorney of record, Amanda D. Navarro (Standridge Law Firm, PC), and requests this Court to order Charles Schwab to sell ANN INC. stocks, and in support of this motion states as follows:1. This court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter herein.2. On June 2, 2011, ther court entered the Order Granting Relief Pursuant to Rule 007.1

for Non-Response and Order Directing Third Parties to Release Funds to Petitioner.3. Respondent owes Petitioner a total of $55,249.00 in unpaid child support and alimony.4. The Order Granting Relief Pursuant to Rule 007.1 ordered Charles Schwab to release funds to Petitioner to satisfy the $55,249.00 judgment.5. To date. Respondent has not satisfied the judgment and has failed to make his monthly child support and alimony payments.6. Because the funds held in account ending 8199 by Louis J. Krumm are held in stock, Charles Schwab should be directed to sell the stocks in ANN INC. under the symbol “ANN” of 12,843.000 units purchased, a current market price of 28.1500, and a market value of 361,530.45 to satisfy the $55,249.00 arrearages.7. Charles Schwab should be ordered to satisfy the $55,249.00 in a lump sum or in the alternative, to make payments in the amount of $2,000.00 per month.8. Concurrence in this motion was sought at the time of filing but was/was not obtained.WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this court for an order directing third party Charles Schwab to sell the ANN INC. stocks to satisfy the judgment owed to Mary Ruth Krumm, and for such other relief this court deems just and proper.Respectfully submitted,/s/ Amanda D. When buying an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), there are numerous models to consider with different features

that provide a variety of benefi ts. Depending on your situation, you might need four-wheel drive, independent suspension or even power steering. All of these and more are available today, but there are also some great value models that might get your job done.

The countless options make it important to do your homework. Here are some tips:

• First, consider how you will use your ATV. Recreational riding? Then a two-wheel drive sport ATV might be your ride. High-perfor-mance models combine fuel injection, hybrid aluminum frames and race-ready suspension. Or you can fi nd value buys, especially for entry or step-up-level riders.

Working the land or hunting large acreage? A utility ATV is what you need. Something that can handle towing and hauling, crawl through mud and over rocks. Top-line mod-els feature full four-wheel drive systems, but

Tips For Buying An ATV That’s Right For You

there are also lower-priced two-wheel drive utility options.

Whatever your priority, work or fun, look to a reputable manufacturer. Companies like Yamaha, which assembles many of its ATVs in its Newnan, Georgia, factory, will stand behind their product with warranties, parts, and dealers with service departments. Buying from a lesser-known manufacturer can get you a cheap price up front, but low quality and no dealer support will almost surely have you paying more in the long run.

• Next, think about what size engine you need. Are you going to be hauling big loads or pulling light chores and riding around your property? Many ATVs can do both, and some of today’s machines boast engines up to 1,000 cc, but if you are a cost-conscious shopper with a lighter workload, then you can probably fi nd a smaller-cc engine that will get you around just fi ne. Still, look for the models with automatic, dual-range trans-missions. The high- and low-range options will help you tour and tow better no matter

the engine size.

• Then, read customer reviews online, talk to friends who ride ATVs and look for third-party endorsements. For example, a company that works with motorsports dealerships across the country, ADP Lightspeed, recently released a study showing that Yamaha’s CVT, or Continuously Variable Transmis-sion, was more durable than similar systems in competitive models. A specifi c third-party fi nding like this goes a long way in backing up a company’s own claims, and a lasting transmission means more time working or playing on the trails.

• Finally, there’s price. And as mentioned be-fore, each of the different categories—sport, utility, four-by-four or two-wheel drive—will come with a variety of pricing options. Bal-ance your needs with your budget and you should be able to fi nd a model that matches both.
