The Staff at HealthCare Assistance with

Member Support has worked in the fields of

behavior health and recovery for over 50 years.

As Cer�fied Employee Assistance Professionals

(CEAP) we u�lize a wide network of professionals

working with medical providers, the legal

community, employers, unions, families, and

churches, offering comprehensive, on-going

wraparound services to members in crisis.

HCAMS services include assessment,

interven�on, treatment referrals and placement,

case management, and recovery advocacy.

As a Union EAP, HCAMS works with union

advocates and others to provide members with all

the behavioral health medical services they require

to ensure proper care and medical documenta�on

to support job protec�on. Effec�ve case

management can mi�gate discipline, save jobs, and

maintain fitness for duty.

We offer confiden�al union oriented job protec�ve

service to members and their dependents. Four

levels of treatment services, case management,

a&ercare support and back to work conference

facilita�on are all part of our full con�nuum of

Unions and their members need assistances, quickly
