    AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

    in the General Assembly: 3

    ARTICLE 1 4

    DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY 5

    Section 1. It is the intent of the State that all or a 6

    portion of the costs of projects funded by appropriations made 7

    in this Act from the Capital Development Fund, the School 8

    Construction Fund, the Anti-Pollution Fund, the Transportation 9

    Bond Series A Fund, the Transportation Bond Series B Fund, the 10

    Coal Development Fund, the Transportation Bond Series D Fund, 11

    Multi-Modal Transportation Bond Fund, and the Build Illinois 12

    Bond Fund will be paid or reimbursed from the proceeds of tax-13

    exempt bonds subsequently issued by the State. 14

    ARTICLE 2 15

    DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY 16

    Section 1. "AN ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act 17

    101-0007, approved June 5, 2019, is amended by adding Section 18

    171 to Article 179 as follows: 19

    Sec. 171. The sum of $4,700, or so much thereof as may be 2

    necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 3

    to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 4

    grant to the Salvation Army for all costs associated with 5

    infrastructure improvements. 6

    new home to Seniors Community Integrated Living Arrangement 20

    replacement of the HVAC system, roof replacement, pool repair, 8

    be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 12

    for the purchase and renovation of a new building. 15

    with the arts center renovations, pool repairs, ADA compliant 7

    ball field construction, playground renovation, and a 8

    pickleball court. 9

    be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 12

    on June 30, 2020, from a reappropriation heretofore made for 5

    such purpose in Article 177, Section 1 of Public Act 101-0007, 6

    as amended, is reappropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 7

    to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for 8

    grants to local governments, school districts and community 9

    based providers for costs associated with infrastructure 10

    improvements. 11

    Section 30. The sum of $19,700, or so much thereof as may 12

    be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business 13

    on June 30, 2020, from a reappropriation heretofore made for 14

    such purpose in Article 177, Section 30 of Public Act 101-0007, 15

    as amended, is reappropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund 16

    to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 17

    grant to the City of Morrison for costs associated with 18

    renovations to the Farmers’ Market facility. 19

    Section 35. The sum of $75,000, or so much thereof as may 20

    be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business 21

    on June 30, 2020, from a reappropriation heretofore made for 22

    Section 70. The amount of $3,000,000, or so much thereof 14

    made for such purpose in Article 177, Section 70 of Public Act 17

    101-0007, as amended, is reappropriated from the Build Illinois 18

    associated with infrastructure improvements at Hale Park. 10

    Section 85. The sum of $56,250, or so much thereof as may 11

    be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business 12

    on June 30, 2020, from a reappropriation heretofore made for 13

    such purpose in Article 177, Section 85 of Public Act 101-0007, 14
