The strength and durability of any building starts with aquality foundation. Unlike most competitors who use steelchannel for their foundation, at Polystar we manufacture oursump foundation using heavy duty “I” beam constructionproviding superior strength. Our integrated sump is secondto none ensuring all potential spills are captured.

Our quality design doesn’t stop there. While some manufac-turers cut cost with a thinner gauge steel, at Polystar, weprofessionally hand weld the remaining structure using 12 gauge steel. We reinforce the building against outdoor elements with a high performance epoxy polyurethane system, a scientifically advanced product that is chemicallybonded prior to application. The interior is coated with achemically resistant finish to ensure long lasting durability.With a list of high quality accessories, we can customizeany of our storage buildings to fit your application.

A great solution for fertilizer, pesticides, paints and other EPA regulated chemicals. Polystar’s non-combustible buildings are professionally manufactured fromcontinuously welded 12 gauge steel.Every building comes standard witha 6” secondary containment sump.

Our non-combustible buildings are also great solutions for storing flammable / combustible chemicalswhen located approximately 30 feetfrom surrounding buildings. (Be sureto confirm required distance withlocal authorities.)

Polystar’s 2 hour fire rated storagebuildings are manufactured fromheavy gauge steel and include abuilt-in 6” secondary containmentsump. These heavy duty storagebuildings are designed for thestorage of combustibles, flamma-bles, and additional chemicals that require a fire rating based on the location of the storagebuilding to surrounding buildingsor property lines.

Each building is designed to protect stored products fromharmful conditions as well as theftor unauthorized access. Thesebuildings provide our customerswith the proper chemical storagecompliance for their code andregulatory requirements.

Our 4 hour fire rated buildings offeradded protection in the event yourchemical storage is within 10 feet ofanother building or even inside yourfacility. Having such close access to your materials provides distinctadvantages in production time, distribution and storage of your flammables and combustibles. The 4 hour fire rated buildings are manu-factured with the same heavy gaugesteel and includes the 6” secondarycontainment sump.

Polystar’s 4 hour fire rated buildingscan provide the chemical storagecompliance needed when dealing with insurance policies, hazardousspills, fines and fires.

Polystar offers several options to customize yourdoorways. Various sizes are available for man doors, double doors and roll up doors. Any combination of doors are available as well. We encourage our customers to contactour sales department for guidance.

Drum capacity often determines the necessary size of the storage building needed. Polystar offers buildings in8’, 10’ and 12’ widths. Building lengths are available from8’ long to 30’ long in 2 foot increments.
