During this interactive course, participants will learn the effective and efficient control inventories using Pareto (ABC) classification of stock; the Just-In-Time (JIT) philosophy and principles; the inventory throughout the supply chain; the logistics requirements plan; the application of basic qualitative; and the time-series forecast techniques.

Course Objectives Upon the successful completion of this course, each participant will be able to:-
