HASAWA  The Health and Safety at Work Act (HASA WA) is a law that was introduced in 1974. It ais to !ro"ide all workers with !rotections a#ainst ha$ard at work such as !ersonal !rotecti"e e%ui!ent and any action that can reduce the risk . This law is !ro"ided to factories& o'ces& hos!ital s& tr ans!orts and ot her !r eises. It co"ers the e!loyees as well as the e!loyers.  An e!loyee should as an e!l oy ee the res!o ns i le fo r hi s sa fety are herself and th e e!loyers. So& the e!loyers should ake sure that the workers already understood y !ro"idin# trainin#s.  HASAWA cannot re!lace the factorys act ut it #i"es !rotection to e!loyees to #et writin# stateent of #eneral !olicy with res!ect to the health and safety fro the e!loyers.
