ntel’s 4G/LTE-Advanced network is designed on 900/1800 Mhz frequency bands which, in combination with Carrier Aggregation and Multiple Antennae (4X4) technology, enable maximum and average throughput rates of 230Mbps and 60Mbps respectively.

We currently operate in 3 of the largest cities in Nigeria - Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt but plans are in motion to expand to other cities in Nigeria.

He is also a Founding Partner and Vice Chairman of Ocean Marine Security, Vice Chairman of Alcon Nigeria Limited and board member, PPP Fluid Mechanics Limited as well as Hightech Procurement Limited.

Ernest is the CEO of ntel. He has more than 20 years telecoms, media and technology experience from senior roles in multiple companies in Europe, Southern Africa and Nigeria. Having led teams in marketing, sales, finance, business

development and operations in blue chip telecoms companies, he brings an exceptional breadth of experience to drive ntel’s leadership team. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds a a B.Sc.

A lawyer and an entrepreneur with a flair for fashion designing, Abiola Ayeni is presently the Deputy Principal Partner at Legal Resources Alliance & Company (LRA). Following her passion for creativity, she founded Divine Endowments Limited, a high-end fashion label engaged in the manufacture and supply of ready-to-wear African attires both locally and for export.

Kashim Bukar Shettima is the Founder of Barbedos Group of Companies. He has grown the business into an emerging conglomerate rapidly expanding its businesses across different spheres.

Dr. Philip Onwuzurumba Chukwu is the Managing Partner, Phil Chukwu Associates, a petroleum man-agement consultancy founded in 2012, he is also non-Executive Director on the Boards of Ciscon Ni-geria Limited and several other oil and gas service companies engaged in the provision of oil well ser-vices, engineering, supplies and logistics.

Kola Adesina is Managing Director of the Sahara Energy Group Limited, (made up of KERL and NG Power and which has control of the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) and Egbin Power Plc, where he is Chairman). He is also on the Board of Fountain Insurance Brokers Limited.

Hon. Babatunde Omotoba is currently the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Ancestral Holdings, a conglomerate with over $1 billion in investments. He is a Minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and a former Minister of Aviation, Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is also an associ-ate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (‘ACIT’).

A retired Commercial Pilot, Capt. (Dr.) Okunbo founded Hoslyn Ventures Nig. Ltd in 1986 and the firm was responsible for major revamp projects in the oil and gas sector as well as in the procure-ment of engineering components for the Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) of the Warri Refinery in 1992. He currently heads the OMS GROUP which has interests in Marine Security & Logistics, Real Estate, Hospitality, Aviation, Entertainment, Energy and Agriculture.

Nkechi Newton-Denila has 30 years of cumula-tive work experience, 15 of which were in the Telecommunications industry and brings along with her a deep understanding of corporate legal services, regulatory services, poli-cy formulation, ethics, corporate governance and general legal compliance. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Directors, as well as the Institute of Credit Administration.

Daniel Dayo Kunle (Dan D. Kunle) is Business Adviser to several companies in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Oil and Gas Sector in Nigeria. He also serves as Business Adviser to the Nigerian Maritime and Sea Port Industry.

Abhulime Ehiagwina is an innovative and results-oriented leader with over 25 years Financial Management experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Ac-countants in 1992. Prior to joining ntel, he was Chief Financial Officer & Board member of Helios Towers Nigeria.

Jide leads the Marketing & Strategy function and drives product innovation, development & management, quality

assurance and new business development. His compe-tence also spans 2G/3G/HSPA+ cellular expertise as well as project and program management. He has over 15 years’ ex-perience in the telecoms industry serving in various roles in Enterprise Solutions, Product Development and Marketing.
