Harvest International Ministries Requisition and Petition

Whereas the Almighty God has given all righteous mankind dominion over all the work of His hands and His name is excellent in all the earth (Psalm 8); And whereas worship and praise has been given to the sons of men by the Almighty God to come before His Presence with thanksgiving to silence the enemy and the avenger (Psalm 8:2); We Therefore, His Mighty Assembly, come before Him in the order of worship and praise and in accordance with the will of the Creator established in His Holy Written Word to petition the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. We hereby petition and requisition that the Almighty God grant to the children of men, in particular, Harvest International Ministries and its subsidiary church and partners as well as partner churches, ministries and the partners thereof, the manifest inheritance promised by the Almighty God through the Blood of the Covenant (Genesis 15,17; Hebrews 13:20,21). We receive from all the nations, Peoples and Properties, to the uttermost bounds of the Earth (Psalm 2:8). And whereas it is written, praise and worship silences all adversaries and stills both the mouths, the advance, and the weapons of all enemies and avengers, our God given dominion strips their rights to hold any such persons and/or property within the sphere of their dominion (Colossians 2:12-15). We, the Children of the Most High God, therefore demand in the Great Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, King of all Kings, that all territorial spiritual and terrestrial forces relinquish claim, influence, and the exercise of dominion over any Peoples and or Properties that belong to HIM, the Head of the Church, the Lord Jesus Christ and His subsidiaries. We therefore demand that these forces bow their knee in Heaven, Earth, and under the Earth (Philippians 2:5-11) at the declaration, reading, and acceptance of this petition on October 27, 2019. Harvest International Ministries, Tracy and Lori Harris, and their partners demand that all such adversarial and antagonistic spiritual and natural forces immediately and forthwith desist in their maneuvers to delay or deny the right and ability of said parties to obey the Heavenly Vision. We, Harvest International Ministries, further demand the immediate release of all peoples and properties that are to be attached to this vision. The transference of these Peoples and Properties are to be hastened with all goods and services thereof immediately upon the execution of this requisition and petition.

Harvest International Ministries shall be said to include and hereafter shall be referred to as HIM, and in particular, Tracy And Lori Harris with their children, grandchildren, and succeeding generations. These shall include those present and any partners thereof that shall hear or read this decree and their respective children, ministries, and partners who hereby this day and forever decree their commitment, connection, and obedience to the Heavenly Vision. This petition shall be binding between the Creator of the Universe, the Father of all Spirits, His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and Harvest International Ministries, their Partners and concerns, both now this day and for future generations. We also therefore dedicate, christen, and anoint all equipment, People, Properties, and opportunities to the fulfillment of this Heavenly Vision. From this day forward, the procurement of all provisions from Heavenly Grants received in the Name of Jesus shall be stewarded by the wisdom and the will of God for the fulfillment of these eternal purposes. This day, we decree that we receive the seeds of the beginning of this fulfillment by the acquisition of three Heavenly Grants, with many more to follow, according to Jesus’ words in John 14:12-14. These grants are not limited to, but include three $1 million grants in each of three areas for the purposes of reproducing revelation knowledge to the uttermost bounds of the earth. Those areas include, but are not limited to: (1) Aviation and transportation; (2) Media, including television, printing, and all other means of distribution of revelation; (3) The physical infrastructure of the Harvest International Headquarters campus, and buildings for assemblies, and the housing of events which includes all other necessary needs to fulfill the Heavenly Vision. Each of these grants is for the purpose of redeeming the time and buying up each opportunity that will restore and redeem with sudden speed the will of God in the earth, for the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16-18, Colossians 4:3-4). This day, October 27, 2019, we believe we receive these Heavenly Grants and the wisdom to administrate them in the authority of the Name of Jesus, according to Mark 11:23-24, James 1:5, and John 14:12-14.
